CardHawk Terms of Use

Last updated 1 October 2026

CardHawk is made by Tyler Lake Consulting. By using CardHawk you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.

CardHawk is a reference tool

CardHawk reads what is on your screen and shows prices drawn from recent sales and other market data to help you make more informed decisions. It is information only. It is not financial, investment or appraisal advice, and it is not a guarantee of any card's identity, condition, authenticity or value.

CardHawk can misread a card, miss its condition, mistake one printing for another, or show a price that has since changed. Vintage and damaged cards in particular involve many variables, such as condition, edition, reprints, edges and surface, that often cannot be judged from a stream.

Your purchases are your decisions

CardHawk never bids, buys or sells for you. Every purchase, bid, sale or grading submission you make is your decision alone and is made at your own risk. Check any card yourself before you commit.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tyler Lake Consulting and the makers of CardHawk are not responsible or liable for any purchase, bid, sale or grading decision you make, or for any loss, cost or damage arising from one, whether or not you relied on information shown in CardHawk.

No affiliation

CardHawk is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, Disney, TCGplayer, eBay, PSA, CGC or Whatnot, or any seller or marketplace. Card names and images belong to their owners.

Subscriptions

CardHawk Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple. It renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your App Store account settings.

Changes

If these terms change we will update this page and the date above. If a change affects the purchase terms above, the app will ask you to agree again.
